Here are some ways you can fight a Speeding Ticket on the spot:
When getting pulled over, you want to have the right attitude. Fighting back or giving attitude will only agitate the officer even more and may cost you even more than just a Speeding Ticket. Do not have the argument when present at the scene. It is best that you take it and then deal with it in court. It is more professional and will give you a better chance for the ticket to be dismissed.
An addition to helping you is to take off sunglasses and hats and to turn the car off. This is to ease the tension so the officer doesn't have to think that he may have to use force. Never step out of the car. This only puts one thing in the officer's mind and that is to defend himself. Some officers ask that you put your car keys on the top of your roof. This is to allow them total submission and can guarantee safety for themselves.
Act as though you want the officer to have confidence in you. That you have nothing to hide and you are being completely honest with him. Acting timid and nervous only makes the officer feel pity for you or it might even make him a bit nervous as well.
Remember that officers are the ones that decide to give you the ticket or let you off with a warning.
When receiving the ticket, never admit you were guilty because the officer can use it against you in court or you can send in the ticket with a non-guilty statement. Never say anything that can be used against you in court, this will only make it worse and if it was a heated argument, the officer will remember it.
